Born in Connecticut, Christian Ammon is an expressionistic painter on canvas who creates subjects ranging from landscapes and seascapes to figurative works of art. His expressionist palette is influenced by his interest in color theory.

He earned his studio arts degree from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. He continued his education with a focus on art therapy at The College of New Rochelle, where he received a graduate degree in art education. His work is exhibited in various venues throughout Connecticut.
